The Batman and Justice League of America Play Set was released by Ideal in 1966 and is one of the most sought-after pieces for collectors of vintage Batman toys. This iconic set features Batman, Robin, and their Justice League partners: Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and the Flash. The vintage set includes a hidden cave sanctuary, the Batmobile, Batplane, several accessories, and seven arch enemies. Also included is the original instruction sheet which shows yellowing from age. As one of the earliest toys to unite the Justice League, this rare play set is incredibly hard to find with its original packaging. The original box measures 27.5 by 15.5 by 6.75 inches and shows handling wear along the edges and corners, with yellowing from age and some creasing. The cellophane window has bends and denting across the front. While the contents are complete and unused, one enemy, Robin, the computer, and Batmobile have come loose due to glue and rubber band deterioration.
