Wanted Poster: The infamous "Giffen Legion Poster"

In the issue of The Jack Kirby Collector #29 (August 2000) Giffen said,

"What happened was I did this Legion poster, characters all over the place. And in drawing that Legion poster I totally burned myself out on the book. After the poster I just had to walk away."

Owner of the Original Artwork David  Mandel, "Like the old X-men? You'll love the new X-men. Still Uncanny after all these years." I saw this ad (which I also posted in my CAF) in Marvel Comics as a kid and never forgot it-- even when I thought it was drawn by John Byrne. It was a long hunt for this original art, with a few near misses, but I can safely say this is one of the most important pieces to me in my collection.
