13th Dimension: Dial H for Heroes was a series likely intended to be set in the Super Friends Universe that went pre-production at Hanna-Barbera in 1981.The show apparently never got much farther than a few character designs from Alex Toth.
The source material, just like the Superfriends; was a feature from DC Comics, which was about a device called the H-Dial, which was capable of turning ordinary people into superheroes or supervillains for a period of one hour.
