What was its' best? What was its' worst?
For me, the best was The Suicide Squad and the worst was Shazam! Fury of the Gods (though there were a few turkeys in the bunch). Ultimately, it now just seems like a waste of potential. It's funny, my initial intention was to post all the Snyderverse movie posters here, but realized I really didn't care enough... and maybe that summarizes my feelings for this universe best.
Hopefully, hiring a show runner that actually likes these characters will work out better moving forward.
I found this matrix on the inter webs... figured I'd add my grades to each movie (and I even feel like I was being generous with a couple of these grades). What are your takes? I'll grade the Aquaman sequel when it gets released on Paramount (or whoever ends up buying WB).
I finally saw the Aquaman sequel... disappointing even watching from home. I'll continue to be generous and grade it a 'D' - but I am not a fan of movies that feel more like video games. Jason Momoa & Patrick Wilson were fine. I would have loved a Black Manta story where he's not possessed... I'm pretty relieved this mediocre movie universe is concluded.
