Rob's Room: Honest Trailers | Top Gun: Maverick

I've been under the weather these last two days so I've been catching up on movies I avoided missed this year. Turns out Top Gun: Maverick was terrific. It is essentially a beat-for-beat repurpose of the first one with the final act being an Earthly remake of Star Wars' ending, but it's done surprisingly well. Props to Tom Cruise, director Joseph Kosinski (who also directed Oblivion - which I also enjoyed!), and crew for the amazing practical effects! The most fun I've had while laying on my couch recovering from this damn cold (ah-choo!)...
