I get the "legal issues" aspect... but let the artist come up with a solution rather than trivializing a beautiful piece of art by just simply adding a plastic bag of tamales (which, granted, are delicious!) and slapping on the "Hispanic Heritage Month" brand.

First of all, he misspelled Kyle Raynor's name. Second, DC should be ashamed for such petty pandering, in the most offensive of ways. I mean, tell me you know nothing of Hispanic culture, but you love the food, without telling me. ESPECIALLY egregious after Jill Biden's lamebrained comparison of South and Central Americans as "varied as breakfast tacos" remark.
