Rob's Room: The Batman - Cut Arkham Scene

SPOILER? I don't know if this should be labeled SPOILER since it was not actually in the film.
What do you all think? Is it me or is the dialogue a bit difficult to understand at times? Very Lee Bermejo meets "Silence of the Lambs" feel.
