I just finished reading Scarlett Witch #5, written by James Robinson with art by Javier Pulido. All the images from that issue (towards the bottom) inspired a return to this topic.
There's an issue of Six Million Dollar Man: Fall of Man (#3), from Dynamite, that takes place on a train and they entire book is two page spreads of cars of the train , where you can see inside, and the action takes place in and on the train as Austin makes his way from the back to the front of the train. It's pretty brilliant.
