I've not read any Mister Miracle or New Gods stories; The backstory always seemed too elaborate. However, a friend lent me the recently released trade by Tom King and told me I should check it out. I was surprised at how thoughtful the book dealt with adult topics and the artwork is beautiful. Was glad to finally dive into this Fourth World.
