I bought the above listed Helios issues between 2004 and 2006, but it was a tough road for all, fans and creators alike.
First off, take a look at the list of artists...Mike Penny, Jason Rand, Gabe Pena, Chris Dreier, Transparency Digitial Productions, Spehar, Dreamer. That's a long list.
Then to publishing...Dakuwaka, to Speakeasy, back to self publishing at Dakuwaka. That's a lot of flip flopping.
Thirdly; which isn't as bad, but artwork wise...Gabe Pena. Who held in there for 8 of the 10 issues; which is longer then most would; especially artists.
Finally, the one and only thing; which stayed consistent...the writer, Jason Rand. I applaud you, sir. This must have been one shitty ass road to travel, but you stuck with it.
I hope, Jason Rand, your journey will one day produce a TPB.
