Gatchaman God Phoenix by Unifive circa 2001 (images culled from Toynerd, Nerdery 101 & google searches).  I came across this toy an immediately told myself, "I want this!"  Then I found it on ebay with a starting price of $500 and told myself... "I want to post about this instead!"
