I've been re-reading Matt Wagner's Mage (it's been years since I've last read it...).
Made me realize what a sucker I am for his works...

There is a comic shop I went into years ago in the Bay Area that had Matt Wagner colored drawings for each of the Justice Society framed and running along the wall - it was pretty cool!
