Clipped from www.firstshowing.net: Disney's Star Wars Weekends at Disney World in Florida will be crafting custom carbonite figurines for fans for a limited time this summer. This news comes from RebelScum (via SlashFilm) who learned of the awesome event from a Disney flyer promoting all the awesome things happening at Star Wars Weekends. It's not clear just how Disney is doing this, but from May 18th until June 16th, people can have their likeness captured and turned into an 8-inch custom carbonite figure. However, you must book a reservation in advance by calling 407-WDW-TECH (407-939-8324), and it sounds like this little figurine is going to set you back $100. That's a small price to pay for being frozen in carbonite and becoming part of your own Star Wars figurine playset.
