Interesting.... that's the cover from the original printing, but the contents are an updated version. When it was originally produced and published, YODA only existed as concept art, and Williamson's depiction of him was a skinny, purple creature smoking a pipe. This version has a more screen-accurate version. I wonder when this was updated... Here is a link to an image of the original:
