2012 - The Year Girls Kickass!

Dork Note: Being the father of a little girl I want my daughter to grow up watching stories where girls can kickass, take charge, and don't need to be saved by a Prince or a sparkly vampire. But when I look around...those types of movies/tv series are few and far between. My hope for 2012 is that these three properties (Brave, Legend of Korra, and The Hunger Games) spark a new trend - the leading female action hero!
