I've always been surprised when people are surprised to hear his name pronounced correctly. I mean, the accent is RIGHT THERE!
Got to be honest that now I am really curious about how you thought his name was pronounced (from the post I was expecting to find out that I had been pronouncing it wrong all these years). Thanks. Leslie.
I had mistakenly pronounced it PURR-EZ instead of PEAR-EZ... hangs head in shame (especially because I have a hispanic last name...)
