Bill is definitely an acquired taste but I like how he challenges me as a creator to find the story in his often wild art. It's a style that has to be gotten totally right or it looks bad. I thought he nailed this stuff so soon after he had his success with THOR.

Wow. This is like finding lost treasure.

@Cal Canada (fellow Canuck!) "Acquired taste" is probably more like "before his time"... but he's both before and after his time.

He weaves ancient art techniques into every cover, dating back to Moon Knight.... He's heavily influenced by Gustav Klimt, and is a modern day master. Not just a comic book artist... His art graces museums, refined collections, and a library of Hollywood movie posters, drawings, character designs, costumes, etc, etc.

His art is far reaching and influences people who don't even give him credit. Look how Kingpin is portrayed in "Spiderverse". That's Sienkiewicz's Kingpin from Daredevil. Look at his Tom Hanks Green Mile stuff... Star Wars stuff.... Hollywood looks to him.

He nailed his stuff out of the gate, and he keeps nailing it. We're all just lucky he's a cool dude who also loves the medium of comics and graphic novels for some of his storytelling.

Favre weaved all of the Civil War storytelling with Ultron and origin stories of Iron Man and Thor, and Guardians... Insane.

The next chapter will be heavily influenced by Sienkiewicz. New Mutants. Moon Knight. Disney linking Deadpool and Cable and Ryan Reynolds through New Mutants to new multi-ethnic characters (aliens, Native American, African Americans, Southern State American)... The NEXT reboot of Hulk... Geez. Even Epic Comics, St. George, Dr. Zero and Powerline could come back as anything.

I also wouldn't be surprised to see a Stray Toasters movie.

Anyway.. my favourite artist of all time. And thank you for whomever posted all these!
