Rob's Room: Relation Between Prometheus and Blade Runner

I think I intentionally stopped thinking about Prometheus a long time ago, so I just recently came across this.  I'm not sure if it's fascinating or frustrating...

This is an Easter Egg found in the Prometheus blu-ray. It has Peter Weyland talking about an old mentor and competitor. No names are mentioned, but it does not take a big leap to guess he is talking about Eldon Tyrell, from Blade Runner.  It seems the worlds in these movies are officially linked now. With Scott working on a Blade Runner sequel, we might see this expounded on then.
